If You Are Having Problems Logging In
You must enable Session cookies in your browser before you can log in successfully. Session cookies contain no personally-identifying data, and are used only to maintain the state of your session while your browser remains open. All Session cookies are destroyed when you exit your browser; Session cookies are permitted under DoD security regulations.
To enable Session cookies in IE, do the following:
• On the IE menu bar, go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
• In the Internet Options window, choose the Privacy tab.
• Click the button marked Advanced.
• At the bottom of the Advanced settings window is a checkbox labeled "Always allow session cookies". Check this box.
• Apply your settings and exit the Internet Options window.
